I bought this rug & thought it was sponge-padded, but unfortunately it wasn't as I thought. I was very disappointed as I have knee problems & it was not suitable for me.
I asked to return it & they told me between 4-7 business days. Waiting to get a refund.

Product is high quality and looks great but my experience with customer service was terrible (making me not want to buy again).

I ordered knowing that the delivery time is within 5 working days (which is super long compared to the market standard nowadays) but anyways I was hoping the order to be shipped promptly so I'd receive my order right away as it was a gift.

One day passed by and I didn't get a notification the order was shipped. Contacted Urban Rugs on Instagram, the customer service agent was very rude and not willing to help with information about my order. I kept trying to get actual helpful information until I was informed my order is shipped.

*Not even sure if my review will be published or it'll be deleted before making it on the website but I'm writing it in hopes it'll be recognized and the customer service would be reviewed.
