Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1 working day. Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be delivered. We will notify you in the event of any unexpected delay.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving  your receipt to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees will be applied.

Refund Policy:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your chosen online payment method, such as a bank account, Instapay, or any e-wallet, within 14 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
